WEEKLY REFLECTION- 10

 This was the last week of the first plase of teaching practice. 

I completed the chapter money maths and introduce the concept of quadrilateral through Concept Attainment Model  and use ICT based teaching on presenting the concept half yearly and quarterly compounding at 8 B.We conducted SPOOKY STORY WRITING COMPETITION ✍️ on Wednesday., as a part of BEd curriculum school 🏫 based activity. Also I supervised NAS exam duty on friday. I conducted both diagnostic and Achievement tests on monday and Friday respectively.  

 I encouraged students to write their feedback, allowing me to gain valuable insights into their learning experiences. I also spent quality time interacting with the students, strengthening my rapport with them. We served the midday meal,  The week went quickly  leaving my feeling grateful for the experiences and connections made during the first phase of my teaching practice.

Conscientization programme

        CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME REPORT                                                           As part of our B.Ed Curriculum, We conducted a conscientization programme on "MOBILE ADDICTION AMONG CHILDREN" at APPMVHSS, Avaneeswaram on 18th october 2024 at 1.15 pm to 2.00 .Mobile addiction among children is an increasingly prevalent issue, influenced by the widespread availability of smartphones and tablets.This make harmful healthy issues and diseases. To address these issues, parents and caregivers can set limits on screen time, encourage alternative activities, and foster open discussions about responsible mobile use. Schools can also play a role by integrating digital literacy programs. WEEKLY REFLECTION-V

 30/12/2024 - 03/01/2025 This week was a blend of planned lessons, unexpected challenges, and meaningful interactions. The days started with morning assemblies that set a positive tone, featuring themes like perseverance and gratitude. In my scheduled classes, I focused on incorporating interactive teaching methods, which encouraged students to participate actively. Substitution classes provided opportunities to connect with students from other grades, allowing me to adapt and explore different teaching approaches. The midday meal breaks were moments of observat ion and informal conversations with students and fostering a sense of connection. A significant event this week was the PTA meeting,  with parents to discuss students' progress and improvement.
